What hotels then would we be staying at in each place if we go with this option? Thanks in advance for making this more clear before we decide how to go about booking out trip! Trisha

Hi Trisha:

For the upgrade option, it provides an upgrade to the San Gabriel hilton for the days the tour is in Los Angeles. This would be Day 1, 2, and day 5.

The Las Vegas hotel at the stratosphere will remain the same and we do not provide a different hotel there.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Sharon:

For the specific tour you are taking, we do not offer hotel upgrades because it would interfere with the flow of the tour.

The only upgrade that can be made for your tour is the upgrade from Grand Canyon South Rim to Grand Canyon West Rim.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Sheelagh haxbymead:

This tour does not offer an optional Alcatraz tour, but when you do visit Fisherman's Wharf on this tour, you can check with the tour guide to see if there is enough time for you to visit Alcatraz during that time. Please note that this time is subject to the tour itinerary, tour guide's planning, and other possibilities (traffic, weather conditions, etc).

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Hi, I note that on the terms and conditions it says :"Your purchase does not guarantee confirmation. Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days." Given the purchase initiates a reservation process, if the tour is booked out, how quickly do we recieve our money back and how is this return payment made? Do we get the full amount back? When it says "Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice" - so is the amount deducted from the credit details we provide without notice? once we have paid and purchased the tour package, are the prices still subject to change? I understand that if there are unforeseen circumstances tours may be cancelled, are we refunded in full? are there often other tour options offered to us? How much notice do we receive if there are any cancellations, noting that some/many tourist will be come from other parts of the world and across the other side of the world, notice of any cancellation is important. Also confirming that the amount due is in USD? Thank you

Hi Lee Kaing:

If your reservation cannot be confirmed by us for any reason, we will first recommend other tours with similar itinerary and same or similar departure dates. If nothing works our, then we will issue a full refund at the end of that business day. The refund can be issued to you per your request, the fastest way would be releasing the amount back to your credit card if you used credit card as your payment method, it usually will take the card company 3-5 business days for them to reflect the amount back to your card.
"We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice" does not mean we will charge your card with additional amount without notifying you first, if the amount increase after you have already booked the tour from our website (this should only happen if airfare is involved in your order, or there are extreme hotel room rate change) we will first notify you, and ask for your authorization before we will proceed with your order. That statement above simply means that the tour prices would change depending on seasonality and availability, and the tour price might be different in June than when you checked the price back in March.

All amount due are in USD ($) unless stated otherwise.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Our tour indicates that we will tour a chocolate factory on Day 4 but did not mention the Barstow Outlets. Will we still be visiting the Barstow Outlets? Which chocolate factory will we be visiting and for how long will this last? If we do not wish to visit this factory, is it far from our hotel and can we check in to our hotel and maybe make a trip to Disneyland instead? What time would the factory tour end?

Hi LC:

The factory tour is on the way from Las Vegas back to Los Angeles, it will last around 1 hour, if you do not wish to shop you may tour around the place until the meet up time. For questions for your detailed tour itinerary, please email your question to [email protected] with your reservation/order number for us to better answer your question.
