Q: If i will be arriving at LA on oct 15 but want my tour to only start on the 17th, can i still avail of the airport pick-up on my arrival date? Thanks

Airport Transfer service is only offered on Day 1 of the tour. We will charge a separate airport transfer fee, should you request to have your airport transfer be on a different day than the tour start date.

If you are already in California and you do not have a flight arrival, you are welcome to self transfer to the hotel accommodation booked for the first night. Please note that the hotel is not confirmed at this time, after you book your reservation we can provide you with teh details for the hotel accommodations. You may also meet at the airport for pick up. Please let us know you arrangements when booking when completing your reservation.

For the upgrade option, it provides an upgrade to the San Gabriel hilton for the days the tour is in Los Angeles. This would be Day 1, 2, and day 5.
The Las Vegas hotel at the stratosphere will remain the same and we do not provide a different hotel there.

For the specific tour you are taking, we do not offer hotel upgrades because it would interfere with the flow of the tour.
The only upgrade that can be made for your tour is the upgrade from Grand Canyon South Rim to Grand Canyon West Rim.

This tour does not offer an optional Alcatraz tour, but when you do visit Fisherman's Wharf on this tour, you can check with the tour guide to see if there is enough time for you to visit Alcatraz during that time. This tour offers 2 overnight stays in Las Vegas, with Day 1 arriving into Las Vegas at approximately around 2-3PM. For the After-dusk Sightseeing in Las Vegas ($25.00/adult, $20.00/child) it is from 6:30-10:30PM on Day 1. On Day 2, you will get back to Las Vegas around 7-8PM.
Depending on your sleep schedule, the actual time that you spend in Las Vegas can be up to you.

For Day 1 of the tour, this tour offers complimentary airport transfer service from the LAX airport to the hotel between 8:30am-10:30pm. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
After your reservation has been confirmed, you can send us the flight information by e-mail or you can login to your account to input that information into your reservation.
